A chemical wastewater comprehensive treatment project in Hebei faces serious wastewater discharge problems. Traditional single treatment technology is difficult to meet the increasingly stringent emission standards. After in-depth on-site research, the WTEYA team proposed a comprehensive solution including biochemical pretreatment, membrane filtration, evaporation concentration and crystallization. Through biochemical treatment, organic matter is efficiently degraded, and then membrane technology is used for deep purification, which greatly reduces COD (chemical oxygen demand) and ammonia nitrogen content. Finally, evaporation and crystallization technology converts highly concentrated wastewater into recyclable solid salt and pure water, truly realizing the reduction and resource utilization of wastewater. After the implementation of the project, it not only helped the company to meet the emission standards smoothly, but also greatly reduced the cost of wastewater treatment, with an annual cost saving of more than one million yuan, achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
A food processing plant in Jiangxi hopes to increase the recycling rate of water resources and reduce the consumption of fresh water sources. In view of its production characteristics, WTEYA designed a circulating water treatment solution combining membrane bioreactor (MBR) and reverse osmosis (RO) technology. The MBR system effectively removes suspended matter and microorganisms in the wastewater, and then the RO technology deeply desalinates, so that the treated water quality meets the production process water standard and is directly reused in the production line. This solution not only helped the factory achieve the goal of zero emission, but also greatly reduced the amount of new water used, saving nearly one million cubic meters of water annually, saving a lot of water resource costs for the factory, and enhancing the green image of the enterprise.
A municipal government in Hunan sought to upgrade the existing sewage treatment plant. WTEYA proposed a comprehensive upgrade plan including biochemical enhancement, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membrane treatment. By optimizing the design of the biochemical pool and introducing high-efficiency bacteria, the efficiency and stability of sewage treatment have been significantly improved; the ultrafiltration membrane removes most of the suspended particles and bacteria, and the nanofiltration membrane further purifies deeply, ensuring that the effluent quality is far better than the national standard.
