During the meeting, both teams discussed a customized evaporation system with a daily treatment capacity of 10 tons specifically designed for HCl recovery. The solution integrates advanced evaporation technology to concentrate and recover hydrochloric acid from waste acid streams, enabling valuable resource recovery while minimizing waste discharge.

Innovative Use of Waste Gas as Heat Source

A highlight of the technical discussions was the innovative approach of utilizing waste gas as a heat source to improve energy efficiency. By recovering heat from industrial waste gas, the system significantly reduces steam consumption and operating costs, making the HCl recovery process more sustainable and cost-effective.
