Easily Handle Various Complex Liquids

A clear process flow ensures every drop of liquid is treated efficiently and gently.
Step 1
Preheating
Liquid enters a preheater and is brought to near boiling temperature using recovered heat.
Step 2
Film Distribution
The preheated liquid is fed to the top of vertical tubes and is distributed evenly as a thin film along the inner walls.
Step 3
Evaporation
The liquid film flows down by gravity while being heated by steam on the outside of the tubes, causing rapid evaporation.
Step 4
Separation
At the bottom, the vapor and the concentrated liquid are separated in a vapor body.
Step 5
Condensation & Recovery
The vapor is either used to heat the next effect or condensed into distilled water for reuse.
Preheating
Liquid is efficiently preheated using recovered energy.
Film Distribution
Liquid is distributed into a thin film inside vertical tubes.
Evaporation
The film falls by gravity and heats up, causing rapid, gentle evaporation.
Separation
Concentrated liquid and vapor are separated at the bottom of the unit.
