On the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, WTEYA extends its warmest National Day greetings to every client, partner and colleague. The group will observe the national holiday from October 1 to October 7, 2026, and will resume normal operations on October 8.
Holiday Schedule at a Glance
All WTEYA offices and the Jingshan smart manufacturing base will close for the seven-day break in line with the national arrangement. Production lines will be paused except where a project schedule requires otherwise, and the base will restart on October 8.
Orders and technical enquiries received during the break are logged on arrival. Where a client has a fixed deadline, our project managers have already reviewed the schedule and set delivery dates with the extra week in mind.
Service That Does Not Stop
For equipment already in operation, a duty engineer remains reachable throughout the holiday. Urgent requests — a shutdown, an alarm, or an on-site emergency — are handled by the on-call team rather than being deferred until the office reopens.
Clients who need to reach us during the break can use the WhatsApp number or email address listed at the end of this page. Messages are monitored daily, and non-urgent items are answered in the first working days of October 8 and 9.
A Week to Recharge
The National Day break is the longest public holiday in the second half of the Chinese year. Many of our colleagues will use it to travel home or simply rest after a busy first three quarters — a period in which WTEYA delivered evaporative and membrane-based wastewater treatment systems to projects across the country.
That the company can step back for a week rests on work done earlier: duty rosters finalised in advance, spares packed, and handover notes exchanged between site teams. It is a small piece of planning that keeps a nationwide service network steady.
Looking Ahead to the Fourth Quarter
When operations resume on October 8, the focus turns to the final quarter. Project teams will pick up commissioning schedules, service engineers will return to their planned site visits, and the sales team will follow up on enquiries that arrived over the holiday.
