As the Mid-Autumn Festival comes around again, everyone at WTEYA sends our warmest wishes to the clients and partners who have worked with us over the years, and to our colleagues in the workshops and on project sites. Please find our holiday arrangements below.
Our Mid-Autumn Holiday Arrangement
WTEYA offices and the Jingshan smart manufacturing base will observe the Mid-Autumn holiday from 25 to 27 September 2026, three days in total, and will return to normal operation on Monday 28 September.
Production planning at the Jingshan base was adjusted ahead of the holiday, so orders already scheduled keep their original progress.
Service Coverage Through the Holiday
Duty rosters have been arranged at every WTEYA site so that client projects keep moving. Engineers are assigned to active project sites according to client requirements, and commissioning or maintenance visits can be booked in advance through your account manager.
The service hotline remains open throughout the holiday. For urgent technical support or spare parts, contact your dedicated account manager directly, or reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp and we will respond promptly.
Delivery Schedules and Spare Parts
Standard delivery time stays at 30 to 60 days and pre-arranged production is unaffected. Orders placed over the holiday will have their delivery counted from 28 September. Spare-part shipments follow holiday logistics arrangements, with expedited handling available for urgent cases.
Over nearly two decades WTEYA has supplied complete systems and engineering services to more than 2,000 clients worldwide, covering MVR evaporators, zero liquid discharge, water reuse and leachate treatment, with equipment availability above 99% and on-site service within 48 hours in China.
